Nice. I mostly just shoot slide for color these days, so having options is cool. Besides Fuji E6 tends to be quite pricey. Now if the labs here would just stop quitting E6 development.

Here 35mm Velvia is pretty much double (€14) that of Portra (€7 for 160 and €8 for 400). For 120 the difference is smaller but still there.

I have 10 rolls of 120 Fuji T64 II in the freezer. Not sure if I'll ever use them. Told myself a long time ago, that I'd use them for night cityscapes. Hasn't happened yet.

I use film by default since my friend found an olympus infinity stylus for $3 at a garage sale. I became interested in taking photos, but all the DSLRs that I find are like $600+ which doesn't surprise me but I'm saving up for something atm. In the meantime, I have some bw film that I want to send to the darkroom to see if anything was actually captured. Until I save up for a decent camera, I'm using this olympus and my phone to take photos.

Have you shot Rollei CR200? It's very warm, yellow almost. I prefer the colder Fuji tones personally so I don't like it very much, but it worked well for the few frames I shot in the snow.

I just ordered some stuff from Macodirect btw and their magazine that came with has a teaser that there's a CR320 coming up. So now that Provia 400x is no more, it's still not quite over for faster slide film.

besides the obvious fact that a filter is going to sacrifice speed, especially since t-film is best used at night or indoors

Never shot Rollei stuff. Ill keep my eye out for it! Didn't even know Rollei made e6 film. Living in Japan ATM, and Fuji is super affordable. $30-$45/Propack of 120 depending on emulsion. Even 400x is still available here for about $40 a pack.

It still costs a lot to develop film here in france. Also im only using film because film cameras are cheaper. Otherwise i use my phone.

you can download some redcode 3:1 compressed footage and see for yourself
Consumer-grade cameras are closer to 15, but still, film is waaay behind it
