No flash system, Fuji apparently do one $700 flash, good luck getting one in stock though
Image quality - the fuji uses a cut down sony sensor
tethering - the sony is a joy to use tethered to either your pc/laptop or phone, the phone app is particularly impressive and a great way to get wildlife and selfie shots
Lens selection - Fuji currently has no pro lenses, nor does it have affordable lenses, if you're happy to pay $700+ on average performing primes that will die out with the system within 5 years because crop is dead, that's your choice :) Just to show you how badly they perform, look at pic related, that's a $100 nifty fifty from canon (arguably one of the worst lenses ever made) making fuji's $800 prime look pig ugly
lifespan - x mount is winding down, you're investing in a dead system, e-mount is being adopted professionally in the film world, so will be here for good.
Editing software - Fuji raws are currently incompatible with adobe, dxo and capture one, if you want good quality results from a fuji you either have to take sooc jpegs or use the mac only iridient developer (a hacky bit of sw made purely by 1 man) or fuji's version of silkypix, which again, is trash for usability.
