I think most of what you mean by soft is just that I got close with my Canon 35mm f/2 at f/2.0, also maybe that I shot it underexposed and blew it up with brightness.
This is such an ugly edit so excuse all the mess, I've probably done way more than necessary, but I was just fooling around so yeah here you go. Also this was in Lightroom, not PS
