Much better software RAID or even cloud filesystem support. Much better support for running application containers. Actual ease of creating and maintaining backups for your data and even your OS. And a lot more like that.
No MS botnet, no Apple-you-have-no-privacy policy, no Adobe SaaS pay us what we want bullshit.
Much more future-proof overall than either of the other OS'. You can largely run the same software you were accustomed to in the 1990 if you want, with few exceptions.
And many more things. It's certainly not nothing. But the trade-offs are often too big for the same people that will just be pushed onto Adobe CC, Windows 10, Dropbox, Office 365 and whatever else thing will be owned and managed extensively or entirely by someone else, without a longer term contract to actually secure your own interests.
