>>3045489In the first shot the hands are awkward. It reads to me like a person who doesn't model but saw a model do this once and wanted to look "oh so cotoure". Look at more photos, read posing guides, watch videos, (both you and the model) find things that are more natural.
The hair looks.....I don't know... Gritty? I think this is a result of over-sharpening. Maybe a stylist would help? But what I really don't like is how it is infront of part of her face and deeply saturated.
The face is from a low angle, typically considered unflattering for women. Her nose looks like a pig snout, her eyes are squinty little black holes, and her mouth looks like she might be squeezing out a stiff turd.
Compare to the stock image I found when I googled "Outdoor Portrait"
You can see her face, no harsh shadows hands are posed, but believably natural, skin is smooth, expression is typical "exhale through open teeth" but it works.
If you had rotated your model about 90 degrees to her right so she was backlit and reposed and recomposed you could have gotten a much more similar look to this photo with about the same vibe.
The second photo the hands are fine, the hair is oversaturated, but not right in her face so that's ok. But the mugshot from below her chin is the shot they use of villians in horror movies for a reason.
Having her sit down and you shoot just slightly down on her would have fixed a lot of this.
What is your post-processing routine? You need to repeal and replace.
