Any effort to get out there and take pictures is always a good thing, so to that I say good job and keep it up.
The one thing I would say is ask yourself if you're taking photos of people to create a narrative and tell a story about this city or whatever, or if you're using people as filler and being a bit exploitative. All I see here are homeless people trying to sleep, which to me doesn't feel like an addition to your series in the way you've chosen to photograph them. Taking exploitative photos has value when they're revealing and are telling a story, which these aren't doing. I'm not trying to put down taking photos of 'lesser people' or whatever the hell because I do the same shit. It just seems like you walked around town at night and pointed a camera at whatever you possibly could without much thought.
Just a thought, as it's something I've had to analyze quite a bit, IMO it helps you make better photos to think like that every now and again.
