I almost never shoot color so I'd appreciate some feedback on this.
>>3087796he's a good looking dog but if you stepped back and gave us a little context to the scene it would help give him some personality.
>>3087801pleasant but pretty unremarkable. much like the dog pic, its a photo that presents without comment some vaguely ``nice'' thing or other, and thereby succeeds at being blandly inoffensive at the expense of the things that could make it memorable.
>>3087804interesting choice using this aesthetic approach (which I, at least, associate with these glittering, perfect geometries of glass and steel we see in modern buildings) to photograph this very organic/handmade/earthy/etc scene.
and it has the nice bonus of providing a good excuse for any crooked horizons or similarly human imperfections - "it's supposed to help emphasize the contradiction between presentation and content! ;^) "
>>3087805>>3087808These don't make you think like
>>3087804 does (as well as failing, then, to have its excuse for their various nonparallel lines and other irregularities) and as a result they just feel like the results of practice sessions for this stylistic approach in which you couldn't find an appropriate piece of architecture & had to make do with whichever buildings were closest.
>>3087809I like this one but I would like see it in context within a larger set (maybe one that contains
>>3087804 too?). By itself there's not much to say that I didn't say already re:
>>3087804.
