Even if expired in like 80% of all cases they still are great, in 15% theyre very lomo-ish and the 5% they're unusuable.
High ISO and expired = High chance of the film beeing fucked, as in all your shots will be underexposed and purple or something like that.
Low ISO (like up to 200) is fine in pretty much all cases.
Okay I also got a question, I want to get off from film photography because the cheap labs keep fucking up my rolls and I just can't be arsed anymore to pay so much for photographs.
I'm on a budget so I'd spend up to 200€ for a camera, I want a compact one. I'd love to get a GR II but it is too expensive.
While trying to find a used GRII for cheap I discovered the Ricoh GR Digital II, for about 100-130€. Is this camera decent enough for someone trying to have a camera with him all the time and take interesting pictures?
