Use a wide aperture and a slow shutter speed if you're at a night scene you shouldn't be shooting without lights, but you're a hipster so you want to snap pics of darkness. Set it to take the picture 2-10 seconds after the button is pressed, so that pressing the button doesn't shake the capture.
You might fuck up half with shaking hands anyway, but the other half where the hands didn't shake will have received a whole lot more actual light and retain much less noise than touching ISO or lightroom.
