>>3110818I've used all my dslr's nikon d70 up to d600 and my fujis, oly, pana, sony in all the weather types my country has to offer, from -30 to +35 centigrade, in massive thunderstorms etc and never had any problems, except in freezing temps some lenses operation slows down and one sigma art lens froze off completely, I guess there was moisture in it. In conclusion, it'll be fine unless you submerge it or some stupid shit like that.
>>3110832If people are willing to pay, the price is right. I mean sony asks 800 euros for a medicore 35/2.8 and they still apparently sell them because it's the only really small lens they had until samyang copied it.
>>3110908This whole post is essentially just a big fat lie. This same faget posts this same old shit again and again and gets destroyed every time. That petapixel article is based on generated files, not real life.
>>3110912Doesn't help a god damn thing if the subject is moving tho. And in my experience with em5 it sometimes just gets in the way, not knowing which part of the image it wants to keep stable. Maybe they are getting better. Anyhoo, fuji seems to be working on ibis for their next generation, we'll see.
>>3110870Fuji has decades worth of color science behind them, some like them, some don't. I really like their blue and green tones, I mostly shoot nature. It's the same thing when people say they like canons skin tones. You can get any raw image close with effort. How much of your time is it worth depends on you.
Pic sort of related, screen grab @100% of fuji xt1 file with a minutes worth of fucking around in pp.
