Literally the only rule of photography is, don't take a boring picture.

If you have an interesting subject you can put film up your asshole and use your anus as an aperture and people will think it is a good photo.

The photo is grainy blurshit.

Even if the moment and framing is okay this actually does make the image much worse for most audiences outside of instagram or such.

Of course not. It's one of *many* features that are required to make an image good.

Technical features like sharpness and actual resolution / image quality are still required criteria for an image to be good. The whole world is shooting images - having only memetic instagram snapshit resolution just isn't "good" at this point.
