First time working with film cameras. I have a DSLR and I have a lot of experience with digital cameras but I want to try older mediums. Any advice?

Throw it away/sell it, use your DSLR... and this is coming from a film-only fag.

If anything use either Nikon's F series of SLRs, Canon's F-1, A-1, AE-1, or FTb. And for Olympus stick to the OM-X line.

The biggest mistake you made is not getting the Sure Shot Supreme with the 2.8 lens especially since it can usually be had for less than $10 shipped on ebay and has a better lens than the ridiculously overpriced Mju-II.
