Of course, you do understand your own mess and you can tell the story behind those photos to other ppl and get them impressed by it, but still, a good work of art has to make ppl stay and actually feel what you want them to feel without you having to explain it to them. you're not supposed to just liberally take pics based on intuition, but you have to spend a lot of time thinking as to what it is that you actually want to show to ppl. That you actually want to put in the picture. Remember, abstract art is NOT art, modern art is NOT art.
