Got this camera at a garage sale for cheap and I want to ask why it takes shitty photos. I turn the ISO to 3200 and it's full of noisy shit.

higher ISO means more noise. set it to 100 and only shoot when your eyes can see the object, or use flash, or shoot RAW so you can edit without reducing the quality
