f/2.8 FF lens is roughly the same size as f/1.4 four-thirds lens.
Just because you don't have f/1.4 zooms (why not? APS-C has f/1.8 zooms now) doesn't mean you should compare zooms to primes because yeah zooms are bigger no shit Sherlock.
Full frame bodies are a little bigger.
But I would argue the ability to crop with losing too much quality means carrying LESS equipment overall.
I usually only take my 15-30 f/2.8 - a big lens but it's decently fast for low light and I can crop to about 90mm if needed.
On four-thirds I would need at least 3 lenses to cover that range.
