I shot this inside a mall not using a low enough Fstop and now it is noisy as hell. Can anyone try to fix it? i tried using the blur tool on the yonug girls face but the noise is uniform throughout the photo

free free to crop and change it to try to make it look less noisy

You sure there aren't any tumors in your brain case? Don't bother with photography if you're on death's door, you suck at it.
