Scrub here. I like things to be crisp, use a lot of color/light/orientation manipulation, and enjoy when images convey a strong emotion or theme. Trying to better combine these things, a lot of experimental stuff. I also use a cell phone for everything, although I'd like to move to something else when I can afford it. Any suggestions for self-improvement, or suggestion of others for inspiration greatly appreciated.
>>3161273I appreciate editing but this isn't really the right place
>>3161596Good content overall, but a little washed out for my taste
>>3162332I'm not big on shooting people, but I think you are doing pretty well. My favorite shots are the closed, focused scenes, like the top right in your block. The shots with people spilling out of the frames just seem to crowded and random, not really "photo-moment" type stuff. I'd either try to isolate a figure or two in a crowd, or step back a bit and make the crowd the focus, going for a busy look.
>>3163337Stop putting things in the center of the frame, and do a little editing to freshen the shots up
>>3163652Just not interesting content or composition, imo
>>3151421I love your stuff. The shots look very lively and energetic for the most part. Followed you.
>>3151445Looking like a natgeo photographer, I agree with others the zebra photo is exceptional. Great composition.
>>3151481I'd try to edit these in some way to make them more unique. Too many people do this, and frankly it's not attractive as is. Looks like any highschoolers insta.
>>3151538Since you like the dark look a lot, I think your pics need some relief or else they look a little too dark, like it isn't intentional. The bright guiding lines on the road are a good example, that pic would suck without. 2nd row down, on the right is an example of mangled.
>>3151541Your more modern looking shots are nice, the bottom left is wonderful. Could be the architecture winning me over...
