>>3158173I unironically just came here to start a rant thread about digital photography. I studied photography (not as something I wanted to make money off of but rather I had the liberty to choose whatever I wanted) and I still shoot as a hobby.
Lately I started looking more into studio photography, something that never really interested me. And I have to say that out of all the different genres this one got hit the hardest. It's fucking sad. Before digital even the basic shit in magazines had "soul" or whatever you wanna call it. Now? Just fuck my shit up with that iPhone senpai. And the worst thing? These pathetic fuck these days will openly laugh at you when you suggest that analog gives photos a certain feel.
It makes me cry in rage.
