Ok /p/, please help put this to rest.
Everytime somebody posts the images in pic related, claiming NASA can't decide how big the earth is,
another anon will always cite focal length as the reason for the discrepency.
I've read arguments and watched videos, but I've never seen anyone address the the topic directly.
Essentially, "it's caused by focal length" is the argument.
I've never seen the focal length argument refuted.
This is NOT a flat-earth/moon-landing/conspiracy thread.
This is a thread about focal length and what is and is not possible with new and old technology.
Full disclosure: This is my first post on /p/, so if anon can be specific, explain with detail, and maybe give me some schooling on focal length, I would appreciate it greatly.
