1. Find out if there are burlesque shows in your city. If there are, go to them, and take pictures. Have some business cards in case the performers ask where they can see the photos later. Post the photos on Facebook. You'll end up with a bunch of burlesque performers as Facebook friends, and they'll invite you to more shows, and you can take more pictures, and their friends will add you, and their friends will invite you to shows. Lather, rinse, repeat. My experience has been that, if you get good at taking pictures in general, and you ask burlesque performers if they'll do photoshoots with you, the vast majority of them are up for it.
2. Get on
Fetlife.com. Upload some of your best shots into your profile as a portfolio. Message women in your area asking if they'd be willing to model. Note that you'll want to have a good portfolio before doing this.

And, as mentioned previously, just generally make friends with women and ask if they'd be willing to shoot with you.
Do NOT pressure models to do nude shoots. If you want to shoot nudes, discuss before the shoot (preferably via text/email and not even in person) whether or not they're willing to shoot nudes. Make it clear that you're okay with it if they want to stay fully clothed or just do lingerie shots or just topless or whatever. If you start pressuring them, you will build up a reputation as a creep.
Do NOT try to bang your models. Every once in a while, one of them will make it clear she's up for letting you stick your dick in her. Feel free to go for it. But make it clear through both words and actions that the reason you're looking for models is to take their picture, not to have them touch your peepee.
