One of the latest Zenit (produced somewhere around 2003) SLRs - Zenit KM and Zenit KM Plus have 92%. Note, however, that Zenit KM was unreliable and Zenit KM Plus was not particularly reliable either, even though it is a lot better than its predecessor.
As for lenses, Zenit KM also beats it: it came with a Zenitar lens thats supposed to be significantly better than late Helios 44.
