The pic is honestly pretty average and not interesting in too many ways, perhaps apart from the silhouette in front of the flag or the contrast of the flag and Chinese characters in upper right corner. Exposure is okay - nice, vivid colors and underexposed just right.
Overall, too much disturbing stuff is going on in foreground and background too. Isolate your subject, know what you are focusing on before pushing down the shutter button. Use primes, zoom with your legs, work on your composition - lines, shadows, colours, geometry.
My pic is four years old, so I am not too content with it now, just to show you what can be done.
