Typically you offer both framed and unframed at different price levels. Framed fetches a much higher premium, but looks more “pro”. However, framing is a fuckton of work, unless you pay someone to do it, in which case you are taking on a big financial risk if you don’t sell any photos.
Personally, I would buy a bunch of cheapish frames, get a craft/art store to cut mats for them, and frame them yourself. Charge $100-150 a piece. You’re still looking at $200-$300 out of your pocket, plus a day’s work, but you’ll make your money back if you’re any good.
