It is the only good camera Fuji makes.

Unfortunately, it lacks a good lens, the autofocus sucks, and it has the terrible gimmicky x-trans.

Not this week, been a rainy cloudy mess.

Shot two rolls last week, but I was trying out a new film and wasn't happy with the results. Way too grainy.

I own an X100S and can be the first to tell you it's a shit camera. BUT, not because of the lens. What makes you say the lens is bad?

The AF is the worst I've ever used and the entire camera handles like it was made in 2005, but apart from flare I can't imagine the lens ever being the limiting factor on this camera.

Maybe I had a bad copy, but the lens was soft as hell until stepped down to about f 5.6.

Past that it was perfectly fine, but shooting wide open was a crap shoot. It was weird, anything within like 10 feet of me was just uselessly soft, but farther things were okay.

Plus the manual focusing on the lens sucked. I was hoping for old school manual like on my rangefinder but I was super wrong there.

I played around with an X100F at Best Buy today. The EVF looked bad, very low contrast and dynamic range. And the camera is pretty big. I didn't like it.
Though the XPro2 is an even bigger brick.

It's quite simple.

X100F - fixed lens (with tele/wide coverter options) and a leaf shutter. More opportunities for creative flash. A bit smaller.

X-PRO2 - lots of lenses, focal plane shutter. Slightly bigger.

Just get two and have the best of both worlds. I'm a professional wedding photographer with two X-T2s and I am considering getting an X100F for the leaf shutter. Great focal length for guest shots too.

I've got the X100T and it works just fine, the dynamic range is great and I've never had a problem with the autofocus. I've gotten some of my best shots with it.
