I enjoy the tones, but they're not being put to good use. There's nothing interesting going on in the photo – just a random group of people who have no association with one another looking at art. There's no visual relationship that can be drawn between any two single elements in this photo – it just doesn't work.

Dude your ISO setting is crazy high. That's why your images look so grainy. I would slow down the shutter so you can lower your ISO. Most consumer grade cameras degrade in quality quickly above 400 or 800 ISO.
