Its M or medium size is the old M and P size but only applies up to 62mm filter threads. So if you already use a P or M size filter set on an f/4 APS-C normal zoom lens (lets say the average 67mm thread) you will have to throw all of them out and get the L holder and L size filters.
Fuck that shit, there are plenty of modular and better filter holders even from china where I can put a normal rotating CPL filter on and don't have to get the overpriced proprietary shit. The filters are nice though, especially the Nuances set.
