How to achieve this kind of photography ? playing with composition, foods, floating stuff ?
i've got on my possession an a6000 and the kit lense, also i've got some studio flash from my school
I don't know how the fck i can have that clean rendering

Well for one is appears to be shot on medium format, and I'm going to go out on a limb and say it also wasn't done with a consumer kit lens.

For suspending things, it's easiest to use a bit of fishing line and clone it out later. Those studio flashes will serve you well. Have they taught you how to use them yet?

A laymen's concept of "rendering" has much much more to do with lighting and staging than the minute differences of gear performance in a studio setting

fishing line, photoshop (clone tool), modeling clay, 2 lights (one 85 degrees left and about a foot above, one under the table lighting the back wall). The use of the reflection of the rim of the mirror is a nice touch as well.

Still life photography is awesome. Just google "famous still life photographers" and start poking around.The image you provided would probably fall under "abstract". Also learn to make and read lighting diagrams.
