From what I've seen the autofocus is fine and if it can focus faster than i can manually then it's good enough.
I regularly shoot on film slrs which don't have any IS at all. With the extra money I save getting the first gen, I can get an OSS lens if I need it. The high iso performance means I won't have to resort to extremely slow shutter speeds to get a shot in low light. IS doesn't matter to me
4k doesn't even matter because I don't have a 4k display
