Set kV for how high you want your X-rays energy to be, set uA for the total amount of “light.” Focus is magnetic instead of mechanical and zoom is geometric based on detector depth and sample position. Then take 3,141 frames and you can reconstruct it into a 3D voxel dataset.
Instead of an RGB histogram, I get grey values from 0-65000 and I can assign colors to different relative densities or remove them.
