At first I bought the XP2 because it was on sale at the time, I have owned an X100T and an X-T1 in the past so I was familiar with the Fuji ecosystem. The XP2 was a fun camera to use, however I increasingly used the EVF more than the OVF.
A few months a later the XT2 came on sale so I bought it and over a couple of months it had replaced the XP2 on all paid shoots and whatnot. I only used the XP2 for personal stuff, however, I would only use the 23 and 35mm with it. So I decided to sell it and buy the X100F for travel and personal work, and to compliment the XT2.
I'd recommend the XT2 more than the XP2 in all aspects except for sex appeal. But that said, the X100F has 10x the sex appeal than the XP2.
