Bought these for using it with a D300, I just wonder. Does using them in AF (They aren't AF) could damage the mechanisms of the camera? Should I put M focusing before putting them? Any experiences. Yes I'm poor.

i took these 2 pictures using a lens reversal kit, i shoot canon though. i have a nikon friend i tried finding one for though with no luck, however by paying about $60 aus i was able to get one that had a ribbon so i was able to keen auto focus , image stabilization and apature control, with a $2 'uv' filter i was also able to protect what would be the inside of the lens now exsposed as the front for shooting.
