Ctrl+F no critique thread so here goes. What can do I to improve this image? Is there a good way I can crop it or is it just not salvageable/boring?

These are from my first roll of Tri-x, my second roll of film in general. This was the only half decent photo I took IMO. Called "The Balcony Barbershop"
