A friend got an internship at a private eye "firm" and he asked me what camera to get.
He only has about 600$ to spend.
Am I stupid for suggesting the Nikon p900?

I know that it takes shitty pictures, but he doesn't want to make art, he just needs to be able to recognise peoples faces and numberplates on the pictures.
So I think that the p900 might be his best option, despite probably being the ugliest camera ever built.
