Where do you get your models?
Do you use professional models?
Different platforms for different kind of models (like alt)

Do you provide clothes / accessories, or are they bringing their own, how do you help with the selecting process?

and any tips / questions / etc regarding the subject.

I am mostly photographing friends of friends and fishing for girls on tinder or instagram, but I don't quite like it. The level of cooperation that I encounter is really inconsistent - meaning some girls turn out to be shy or even prudish, so it usually takes a few months to arrange a really good shoot. But also upgrading to paid models feels a bit silly, since I am not doing this kind of photography for profit. (and of course there is always a factor that I feel more comfortable around amateurs)

With the current method I also have trouble arranging shoots where there is more than one subject.
