Have you shot 4x5? Did you enjoy it? If you stopped, why?

I want to shoot portraits with it and use movements for depth of field effects, but I'm not sure if it'd be worthwhile if I'm just shooting with window light. Don't really have room in my home setup for a bigger lighting right.
