Ok. So I got the general idea of active (laser) and passive autofocus (contrast and phase detection) but I want to know
How the f* does the actual lense work? I mean there are lenses out there that doesnt have a build in motor and ones that have one. On of my lenses says it doesn't have a build in Motor (Pentax SMC DA 18-55mm) but how can autofocus even work than?
