Color - Anything ISO100 or 200. I'm a sucker for Superia but Ektar is good as well.

Color - ISO 400 or 800 Superia. You could do Portra as well but I'm not a fan of the Portra palette for taking pictures of not people.
BW - HP5 or Tri-X
At the distances you'll be shooting with the 50mm you'll probably be at infinity focus so aperture isn't really going to matter too much assuming lens sharpness doesn't go to complete shit like the Nikon 50 at 1.4. Shutter speed is really all that matters. If you're trying to get panning shots, you'll probably need either even lower ISO than 100 or run 100 on a cloudy day.
