I'm looking to get into photography after i dug up a Nikon coolpix 7600 from way back when. What is a decent point and shoot camera i can get for under 50 usd?

Man this was my first camera. Fucken loved it. Those Sony lenses that zoomed inside the body blew my mind. Pic related.

i guess i could bump it up to under 100 usd but I'm just not really planning on getting too deep into photography so i don't want to spend a lot.
I'm in Australia atm but am moving to Estonia by the end of this month.

OK, very hard to control but surprisingly good IQ and malleable raw files. My lens seems to be a tiny bit decentred at its widest.
