>>3255183>>3255187Hello,
I just embarked on a three hour voyage that illustrated perfectly exactly how fucking cancerous it is to have your work stolen,
>fuck wallpaper sharing websitesbut the fruits of my labour have revealed that the EXIF data for the original image is as follows:
Camera: Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi
Lens: 25 mm
Exposure: Auto exposure, Program AE, 1/50 sec, f/5, ISO 400
Flash: Off, Did not fire
Date: June 25, 2007 6:25:05AM (timezone not specified)
Unfortunately the EXIF data doesn't specify which lens was used,
however, we should assume that the photographer in question did not use an adapter ring, and that means the lens was most likely an EF mount. This could mean a range of lenses, the oldest of which being 1989.
Also, for those curious, data I've found strongly suggests that the author was Russian, as the majority of websites which first stole his work are Russian, and that the photo was taken in Russia, as my Russian wife stated that she's familiar with that particular tree, but couldn't unfortunately give me a name of the tree. My own research turns up that it's most likely a Larix sibirica (Siberian Larch) which puts the location close to Moscow, St-Petersburg or Syktyvkar. The timezone confirms that this photo would have been taken in the start of Summer, where Siberian Larches are green.
I've also attached some the interesting variations of this particular photo
Thank you.
