>>3261201Lee filters area bout $100 a pop, a prostthetic leg is around $40k, Lee filters fit your needs.
Or just use a colour card, like the x-rite passport and correct for colour cast in post.
>>3261200hassy bodies are dirt cheap man, about $300 is not a lot for one of the best MF cameras ever made, a pentacon 6 will cost you over half that and is little more use as a paperweight.
>>3261205>what are the negatives to Sony mirrorless compared to a d810As a Sony fan, I'm not afraid to mention their weaknesses;
Battery life - I've only got through more than one battery in one day shooting a wedding, and you can charge the camera via micro-usb - which has been a life saver for me.
Autofocus - the a9 will trounce the d810 for af, the a7rii will be about equal and the a7ii will be a bit below, especially in low light. However, the sony, using an evf, means that it has tools to help focus in difficult conditions, like focus peaking and focus magnification. And as Sony is designed to be used in a constant live-view state, it works very fluidly, if you need to use live-view on the Nikon, expect a clunky, shitty, slow experience. The live-view performance and focus aids made the Sony an obvious choice for me as an architectural photographer.
Winning over dumb clients - a lot of people are dumb, if they don't see a big camera, they won't think it's a capable camera and may not hire you; don't fret, working with morons sucks dick and you've just cut most of them out.
I'm sure some people will say "muh evf lag", but the reality is, it's 23/1000 of a second, 10 times faster than the best human reactions, shutter lag is often double that on a dslr. That sounds a fair compromise when you consider allt he advantages evf gives you, an exact wysiwyg preview of your image before you shoot, means that you will save whole seconds after each shot because you don't need to chimp exposure ever.
