Don't use other people as backdrops, it's busy, distracting and ugly, especially when they're the same colour as her hair
Adjust your white balance and temperature to accentuate what you're going for, not make her look more removed and boring
Don't use a watermark when you're still shooting garbage, or after for that matter. Doubly so for low res images
If you're going to shoot harsh light for faces then at least shoot people with interesting features
