/p/ I need your help

I'm getting into photography and am currently shooting on an canon ae-1 but im having some trouble getting the pictures to look how i want them to. I really like the way old worn pictures look but I have no idea how I can recreate that effect. pic related is the kind of stuff im talking about

how can I achieve this effect without physically leaving the picture out in poor conditions for long periods of time?
