tl;dr please critique.

I was interested in photography a while back; recently a new friend asked me to come to her mom's company promotion session and take some "backstage" photos. I've managed to execute few my ideas while main photographer was working with other models or used same poses from different perspective. I want to learn what you, wiser friends, think about those, please critique!
