I used to watch and enjoy Thomas Heaton's channel. It's a landscape photography channel with almost no product placement, or shilling. Not the biggest fan of his photography -that being said I don't dislike it either- , but his main focus is clearly taking in the landscape, finding compositions and chasing the light. He almost has a 'content with one composition per day-trip' ethos as long as he put in the work for it. He clearly enjoys the process and the scenery without being a hipster trend monkey. Pretty comfy is what I'm saying.

Coffee in North America is categorized in waves.
1st wave - Folgers/Instant coffee back in the 1950's.
2nd wave - Mid 90's. Think Starbucks, Second Cup, etc. Introducing milk based drinks like cortados, cappuccinos, etc.
3rd wave - Single origin coffee, sourced by the roasting company. More focus on how the coffee works through it's process. Things like picking, drying, roasting, etc. Think of your hipster type coffee shop scene.

Coffee is great though. Instant coffee is shit.

I do find he talks about himself and his family more than I'd like to hear about though. But his content is usually good, and he seems pretty sincere.
