>>3276126>Only with Nikon you can use the same old vintage good quality glass and also buy them for bargain prices.Pentax has MUCH BETTER compatibility.
>>3276141>Prices are low because everyone got meme'dWhat does that even mean? Everyone got "memed"? Meme isn't a verb, so you're using a special meaning only you know. If you can think of an explanation why people somehow prefer autofocus lenses in spite of their best interests, I'd love to hear it.
>>3276220>There's a trade-off for high dynamic range (nikon) and thats colour accuracy (canon)Actually, most people think Nikon's colors are a bit truer to real life, and Canon's JPEG colors are going to be a little different depending on which Canon camera you are comparing, but with my 5DII, the skin tones tend to be way too strongly red for me and the greens are biased to a yellow tint that I always have to correct for in post. Some people like that because it emphasizes the golden hour light (even when it's not the golden hour) and tends to be flattering for skin tones of people whose skin is much pastier in real life, but it's not true to life.
>>3276242>DR is far better for Nikon, and that matters. It's a very useful attribute of Nikon cameras, but it's not like Canons are useless for having a bit less DR.
>>3276486>Fixed. Sony make the best lenses in my opinion.>>High end primes actually have aperture Ring. Fantastic.>There is even a lever that let you smoothen the aperture or set to click.Sony lenses are a really mixed bag. So many lenses are made in China and suffer from copy variation as a result. Even the high end lenses are not immune from copy variation. People point to lens tests and claim that Sony lenses are sharp, while ignoring the footnotes that say "*We had to try three different copies before we found one that was acceptably sharp." Copy variation isn't even a thing with Canon lenses, and the lenses are built to last decades, so the used market is full of great lenses for a bargain.
