>>3286427My Nikon d3200 was a cheap piece of plastic shit that was made shitty on purpose by Nikon despite having the same sensor as the premium apsc cameras. When I went to Pentax I found features that would have cost me a thousand dollars more on Nikon and even ones that didn’t even exist on the higher end Nikon apsc bodies. Pentax gave me a real pentaprism, rugged build quality, features like focus peaking that you only otherwise find on mirrorless, and proper backwards compatibility with old lenses.

>top LCD doesn't show white balanceAnd yet you’re paying budget level prices for an enthusiast grade camera.
Yeah Pentax has its problems but if you’re new or on a budget you get more use out of the lower end bodies and just get a better camera for the price.
>My Nikon had a cheap plastic shit body. >The only reasonably priced primes were cheap plastic shit that were less sharp than my tamron zoom on Pentax.>the less expensive autofocus primes aren’t compatible with the less expensive bodies, thanks to Jewish influence on Nikon(market and maximize profits first, design the camera second)>the Nikon had a shitty dark “pentamirror” instead of a proper pentaprism>The Nikon had shit for brains menus and little customization where as the Pentax let me change anything. >Nikon, despite having infinitely more resources than Pentax, doesn’t even put focus peaking and other manual aids into its highest end bodies>it is absurdly difficult to focus in live view with vintage lenses on a budget Nikon and you have to meter yourself >Pentax doesn’t fuck with its sensors and image processors to gimp lower end ones artificiallyYes Pentax is not the best and you can get better cameras from Olympus, panasonic, Fujifilm, and Sony, but for an entry level dslr, not mirrorless, shooter on a budget they are ideal and have lots of great and inexpensive lenses.
