Is it possible to use a bird watching fast superzooom/supertelephoto lenses for shooting a creep shot, what is the odds that I’d get caught, and can I take a creep shot from a large distance?

Also what is the best lens to use for papporatzi type shots of celebs?

How would this sigma 200-500mm f/2.8 lens with teleconverter to 1000mm f/4.6 be for the rich autist who wants to get creep shots and earn money shooting naked Hollywood stars through their bedroom window. It is worth over 20k, would it pay for itself back in terms of nice sharp creepshots?
