>The G7 is outclassed by the T6i only if Is the wrong way around, should be
>The T6i is outclassed by the G7 only if But you got the gist anyway
>What outclasses the g7 at it's pricepoint and does it out class the t6i too?>GH4went down in price significantly. It does good video compared to either of those. It does have bad noise performance though, the sensor is kinda old.
>Sony A6000. has bad jello and even worse ergonomics but it has good autofocus and a very good IQ. Sony really knows how to make those sensors. Beats the Canon in terms of video and AF. Big loss on Ergonomics.
>G80/81/85 is coming close to the price of the G7 if you buy used/grey market. it has IBIS and weather sealing which are both worth much more than that on any other camera. Wouldnt outclass the Canon in Images. The IBIS alone kills most competition in the price range, with the exception of:
>Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mk IIIBIS is (was at the time) the best the market if you dont use the Lumix Dual-IS. Olympus has very nice images right out the camera, better noise performance than Lumix too, not as good as the Canon or Sony. Video is not THAT great, but decent enough to compete with any of these.
Reminder. Canon really only becomes good at video with Magiclantern installed.
My recommendation: Stick with Canon. It has the best balance. The Sony is the only one that can compare in terms of IQ on both Video and Stills, and it sucks in ergonomics. Also, Magiclantern is just a bag of features that blows Sony out of the water. Biggest drawback of the Canon is its bulkyness and that the mirror blocks the viewfinder during video.
