You'll do fine with that gear but you also want at least one speedlight and diffuser, ideally 2 or more. Whenever you can, pick up a cheap 16mm or wider.

For real estate it's slightly different in that you want the features rather than the best shot but you can usually do a bit of both.
Remember less is more when you're arranging shit.
