You're the one talking about them- explain what's bad about them

Without knowing the stories and context they're just good photos that presumably abide by the constraints of the competition. Getting upset or butthurt because you've taken a better photo for another competition or something else is retarded

Leica shooters made their own private club, and prioritised low impact street as their genre-de-jour.

Basically it's a circle jerk so rich people can jerk off other rich guys on the quality of their photos, as they weren't used to being the biggest pleb in the room.

None of these shots will ever see the light of day come next year.

i don't get it op i just spend some time looking through all of them and i'm pretty impressed by most of them.

yeah individual images are going to let you down sometimes with these things, but there's a lot of strength in most of these viewed as a complete series.

the colours in the DPRK one are lovely.
